First picture is an existing old work box, not rated fixture support. Chandelier was also held up with drywall screws 🤦‍♂️. Replaced with a fan/fixture rated box. All good now!

A little before and after from a customer who had to “change” electricians. First guy failed inspection on multiple violations. Added ground rods and intersystem bond, bonded water meter, installed whole house surge protection and added a panel outlet.
