A great landscape isn’t just about how it looks on install day, it’s about how it changes throughout the year.

For this project, we selected a mix of plants that bring different colors in every season, from purple blooms in the spring to pinks and reds in the fall, while keeping plenty of greenery year-round.

And just as important, the entire design was built to be **low maintenance**, with most of the plants only needing attention once or twice a year.

Good plant selection makes all the difference. 🌿

A complete landscape refresh across five apartment buildings in just three days.

We cleared out the old, overgrown landscaping and rebuilt the beds with 22 yards of stone, more than 100 new plants, and commercial-grade landscape fabric to create a cleaner look with less maintenance.

The finished design brings in a mix of seasonal color and year-round greenery to keep the property looking sharp long after installation day.

What’s underneath your landscaping matters just as much as what you see on top.

For this commercial install, we used premium commercial-grade w**d fabric before laying any stone or installing plants. It’s thicker, more durable, and built to provide much better w**d control than the thin material commonly found at big-box stores.

It’s one of those details you may never notice, but it can make a huge difference in how the property looks and performs long term.

Three days. Five apartment buildings. One major transformation. 🌿

We removed the overgrown landscaping and gave this entire complex a fresh start with 22 yards of stone, 100+ new plants, and commercial-grade landscape fabric to help keep maintenance down.

Just finished up this apartment complex landscape renovation!

Over three days, we transformed the landscaping around five apartment buildings, removing the old overgrown beds and replacing them with a completely refreshed setup.

In total, we installed 22 yards of stone and over 100 new plants, including more than 80 Pinkberry Hollies, along with catmint and sedum to provide a mix of spring, fall, and year-round color.

We also installed commercial-grade landscape fabric throughout the beds to help reduce maintenance and keep everything looking clean for the property long-term.

We’re really happy with how this one turned out.

This HOA project included w**ding, edging, trimming, and fresh mulch installation across six homes and two communal spaces.

A simple plant upgrade can completely change the look of a landscape.

For this Rochester HOA property, we removed overgrown, failing shrubs and replaced them with low-maintenance Shamrock Ilex along with an Eastern Redbud to add seasonal color and year-round visual interest.
