Installed a series of ceiling speakers in 3 different spaces that are independently zoned. Some speakers can be communicated directy with a built-in WiFi/Bluetooth receivers, while others can be wired to a am existing stereo receiver, wireless receiver/ amp. The possibilities are endless.

This fun little project is a New Jersey coastal rental home I completed in 2023.
There were lots of long hauls back and forth, but it was well worth it.

I was the PM & Installer on this Conference Room Update Project.

The outdated plasma display inside the TV Lift was replaced with a new HD Display. Additional components were installed behind (Intel Stick, Apple TV, Ethernet Switch, and New Data Cables were run to future proof for other devices moving forward).

The old control for the TV Lift (originally installed in a remote location) had been replaced with a toggle switch at the base cabinet.

New power and data ports were added to the underside of the conference table.

Various closet storage shelves that are fixed and adjustable, and also some with LED lighting.

These LED illuminated anti-fog mirrors are always helpful for both task lighting and accent lighting, especially when you're getting ready to start your day. The LEDs have 3 color temperature settings from warm white to day light and to cool white.
