Straus Masonry, Inc. is hiring for an experienced Mason ⚠️❗️🧱

At Straus Masonry, we take pride in delivering top quality masonry service for commercial projects throughout Central & Northern Michigan. Our team values craftsmanship, safety, and collaboration, and we’re looking for a skilled mason to join our growing crew.

Some key responsibilities for the position are;
Laying brick, block, & the relates accessories for the construction of assigned structures. Reading and following technical drawings to ensure accurate construction. Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail. Work closely with other tradespeople to complete project schedule. & last but certainly not least, adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior mason experience; proficient in brick & block laying, familiar with hand and power tools used in masonry construction & have the ability to lift heavy material and work in various weather conditions.

This position will require you to travel for work when the opportunity arises. Company vehicles, lodging, & perdiem is offered by Straus Masonry for these instances.

We are looking for Laborer/Mason Tenders – This is an entry-level position, no experience necessary. Job duties include: intensive labor activities related to concrete and masonry construction.
