Check out these floors, we have two bathrooms and a laundry room that previously had linoleum. Pulled all that up to the subfloor and replaced it with these large 30"x30" tiles. Customer wanted to use them as baseboard also so with all that cut I used the appropriate edging, stained and cut new t-moulding for the transition to the composite plank flooring. I also trimed off the base of the two pocket doors bc after the tile was finished we were a little bit higher than we started. All in all it turned out amazing. She's glad to be rid of that 30 y/o linoleum for sure.

I know ive been AFK for a long time now. Been really just taking it easy, what with my new son and all. But here's a few of the many things ive been working on. Nothing too special. Theres 700' of t-post fence, some bead board thrown up in a dated bathroom, also a custom built counter cabinet made special for the space it was going in, im always proud of my work. No matter how small or big. More to come soon. Thank you to my many followers and your support. Im always here to get the job done. Whatever it takes.

Customer hatetd the "stone" tile. So much so that he was just about more excited to see me demo it than seeing the finished product. Jk. Although i do enjoy seeing the excitement on my customers faces when they see all my work come together in the end. Satisfying job well done.

Whats under your back door? If you live in a pre-manufactured home, if you have a soft spot in your floor, if you notice the threshold of your exterior doors are cracked, separated, or move more than they should. Do yourself a favor. Call me or someone like me to check it out. Unless your handy yourself then it would be a good idea to verify that your threshold is still sealed well. This could have been so much worse if ignored for several more years. This is why in the winter months you should never allow snow build up on your doors. After tearing out all the soft rotten subfloor i stuck in some 3/4" plywood. The hard part was getting the new wood underneath the exterior wall to rest on the rim joist, after that rebuilding and sealing the door was easy. It hasn't shut and locked properly in years.

Heres a complete renovation of the same house only the master bath. This project was very tough. Nothing was even close to level, however, after going in with my sledge hammer trying to knock the whole house down" jk" but that is the best way for one guy to move a cast iron tub to the dump. I started with the remodel. In here after leveling the floor and putting down a 1/4" layover of hardie backer. I rebuilt the walls put down 12" x24" floor tiles, installed a new mixer valve, new shower pan, we used 24" x48" herringbone style lfts on the wall. That was fun! We have that nice glass door to close it in as well as a 12" x24" niche to store bottles of soap and such. A new vanity, no assembly required, was nice, new toilet, new mirror. I added a fart fan with proper exhaust as there wasn't even one to begin with. I patched that tacky wall insert medicine cabinet, re textured the whole room after filling in the rough spots, we also removed the door and replaced it with a barn door, i sanded, stained and put clear on the door, door casing, and trim then finished it off with painting the walls and sealing the tile. There is another shower safe can light that got installed above the shower after i took these pictures though. Anyway, another amazing project done by yours truly. And if you made it to the end. Unfortunately, I don't have any images of the before on this one, i was at this house for 6 weeks with 10 different things going on at a time. Here we just did a modernization by replacing shower door, trim plats and drain, new vanity light, new wall ornaments, and a new mirror. I also installed a shower use ceiling light above the bath area, patched, textured as needed and painted the ceiling, walls, and trim. As well as painting the vanity. Same paint and primer as before just a different color. Then i installed new hardware on the cabinets. What a way to update your 2nd bath without breaking the bank.

I have multiple pictures here start to finish. I started by ripping out all rhe tile counters, then i chopped the bar down so the new fabricated countertop would be all one level. After moving the outlets, I then cleaned with mineral spirits and tsp, sanded as needed, and sprayed 2 coats of extreme bond primer, fallowed by 2 (light) coats of the preferred color. This was an acrilic/water base paint from Sherwin Williams. I also replaced all the hardware as well as installed soft close devices on all the doors. Plus a ton of minor repairs along the way. Afterwards, I took out the florescent lights and replaced it with a matching led can light and was able to put them all on the same dimmer switch. Sprayed texture and paint to match I know its not a perfect match but this is just until my customer is ready to repaint the whole house. Then I had to level the countertop with plywood and shims so the counter fabricators could do their job. I do have a final project picture coming, after im able to trim out the top of the cabinet base to hide the elevated counter tops.
