On one of my walk throughs last week I noticed a black stain on a client’s patio ceiling. After investigating it further we found out it was a roof leak on a brand new section of roof! We were able to get the roofers out there to repair the damage and probably saved this homeowner from returning to a much larger problem!

Hi everyone! Welcome to the offical page of House Nanny, LLC. My name is Meri Oakley Abramski and I am the owner/manager and the original House Nanny here in Wellington, FL. We offer home care services for people that are both seasonal and permanent residents in Wellington and surrounding areas. We do house checks at least once a week to make sure that your home is well taken care of while you are gone. We make sure appliances, air conditioning, plumbing, etc. are all well maintained in your absence. If something is broken, we will make sure it is repaired and taken care of before you return. I have lived in Wellington the majority of my life and became a homeowner here in 2014. Since then I have developed relationships with many amazing service companies and contractors. I can help you with whatever home improvement project you might be interested in completing and monitor to make sure that everything is going smoothly in your absence.
