The inside surface of the sheathing is moist. This is what happens when interior air is allowed to pe*****te the stud cavity. As result of poor airtightness of the air/vapour barrier, warm moisture laden air touches the cold interior surface of the sheathing and condenses. Air sealing matters. Make air sealing great again.
