A significant storm is expected midday Sunday through Monday night, with the heaviest snowfall Sunday night–Monday morning (up to 2” per hour).

• HOA, private roads & commercial properties serviced first and continuously
• Residential: driveway entrance opened, one pass during the storm, and final cleanup after

🚑 Residential Priority
• First responders or medical-related access needs: please contact us
• Vacant or no access needed: let us know so we can service later

🛠️ Final cleanups through Tuesday
Extra crews and overnight accommodations are in place to keep everyone safe and service properties efficiently.

❄️ Behind the scenes of a snow event at Coastal Pines Landscaping ❄️

This is the software we use to manage snow plowing for 150+ residential properties, HOAs, and commercial accounts. Each of our 7 trucks is equipped with iPads and software systems, giving our 15+ team members real-time direction in the field.

It shows us live progress as routes are completed and allows our office and management team to make on-the-go updates to routes and services based on current and upcoming conditions.

This technology helps ease the worry for both our customers and our crews, ensuring every property gets the best service possible—storm after storm. ❄️🌲

With last night’s freeze and a five-day forecast that won’t rise above 32 degrees, we’re offering treated salt for private roads, driveways, and sidewalks.
