JVN Home Remodeling & Construction is looking to hire a skilled Carpenter/Forman (minimum 5 years experience) immediately! This individual must know the Construction trade and have attention for detail. Looking for someone who strives for perfection and knows how to do a quality job.

Please include a list of licenses or certificates you hold (if any) along with a requested hourly rate.

MUST HAVE:
* 5-years experience
* Valid NJ Drivers license
* Transportation to/from the office
* Hand tools to preform trade
* Must be flexible with hours
* Attention to detail

Job duties/functions are but are not limited to:
* Bathroom remodels
* Kitchen remodels
* Additions
* Framing
* Drywall
* Insulation
* Siding
* Finished carpentry
* Door/window installation

-Must be able to operate lawn equipment such as Weedwackers, edgers, blowers etc.

-Must be able to mow 25-plus lawns per day with the crew.

-Must have your own means of transportation to and from shop.

-Must be able to work long hour days and saturdays.

-Must be a team player and work well with others.

-MUST have respect for customers!!!

-MUST BE RELIABLE!!!!!

Hello Everyone,

Ok everyone the time has come!!! We wanted to remind everyone of some of the services we offer and some new services we will be offering.

Lawn mowing weekly/bi weekly. Which will
Consists of, mowing with the option of bagging, weedwacking, edging, blown free from debris, along with hauling away grass clippings. Mulch, Weeding, Edging, minor tree trimming/removal.
Gutter cleaning. Full property clean up’s.

This season we will be offering our customers contactless payment options such as, monthly billing by email for electronic payments, bank transfer, checks, as well as Venmo!!!

JVN Property Maintance will be starting “2021” yard clean ups, mulching, very soon as well as lawn care. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Due to the rising costs of fuel and disposal of yard wast the cost for lawn care for Oak Valley and Pine Acres will be $42.65 and we offer weekly or biweekly scheduling.
