We had an HVAC installation completed yesterday on a future rental property for a client of ours. I said "we" because most of the time I do not do these installs alone. I have an amazing friend who helps me when I need it. We both work full-time, and have familys, but doing things like this on the side is rewarding. We do make a few bucks, but at the end of the day we are saving our customers thousands for them same piece of mind of having a new HVAC system.

Keep us in mind if you have any HVAC or water heater needs in the future!

Hey everyone! Long time no see. I had a slow couple months on side jobs, which was fine with me but it's getting to be that time of year again. If you have HVAC needs or even need a water heater keep me in mind!

I don't market or run adds or anything, just work off word of mouth, and you guys keep me busy, so i want to say THANK YOU!

Anyway, here is a water heater replacement I got done after work today!

Here is a unit I got cleaned on this beautiful Memorial Day. This home owner barley has time to do things around his house as he does alot of side jobs after work, so i took care of it for him.
It's me, I'm the home owner.
Jokes aside, the cotton wood is flying. If you haven't gotten outside to clean your unit, this is your reminder to get out there and prevent yourself from having to call someone after it breaks down due to a simple thing as cleaning it up.
Better yet give me a call and have me come over and give it a beautiful bath. I will wearing boots though!

Good morning everyone. This weekend is more than just a long weekend. It is a weekend we get to pay tribute to our veterans and commemorate those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Here something you may not know about myself, shortly out of High School I started doing epoxy flooring. I did it for 10 years before I got into handy man maintenance/hvac. We traveled the country doing jobs from a couple hundred square feet to 10s of thousands of square feet. Air plane hangers, schools, anything on a military base from B2 hangers, helicopter hangers, to static proof bomb building facilities. It's something that was hard to do at the time, alot of time spent out of town, but i miss the satisfaction of turing something grungy to beautiful. Anyway, here is one is just completed in my mother in law's basement.

I've been busy with water heaters this year already. To ensure optimal performance, it is essential to perform annual preventative maintenance on your water heaters. This includes draining the water heater, and checking and replacing the anode rod as necessary. This maintenance is particularly crucial for those with hard water, which is common in our area. Your local HVAC man here. I've had multiple friends reach out to me in the last couple months about their furnaces acting up or not working at all. Usually it is just something minut and a preventative cleaning of wear parts will keep you running in the winter months. Reach out today!

Merry Christmas everyone! Here is a instalation we completed this weekend right before Christmas. Our customer wanted to replace the whole unit, but with the new refrigerant rolling out next year, higher efficiency AC equipment is hard to find.
That being said we replaced the non functional furnace for now, and when inventory increases next year we will replace the AC system with a higher efficiency, allowing the customer to recover money over time through their decreased electric usage.
Keep us in mind if you need any maintenance, a quote, or just someone to bounce ideas off of when you're having issues.
