The 3 BIGGEST mistakes that Home-Owners make when Power Washing!
1. The MOST common issue I see from power washing is using too high of pressure. Which can cause irreversible damage to the siding, leave streaks, & can even strip the material itself.. The best and most effective way isn’t to use more pressure but actually to use less; with the proper cleaning chemicals.
2. Another common mistake is not protecting the landscape around the house. Using the wrong chemicals can kill your plants and trees.. Nothing worse than trying to make your house look it’s absolute best, only to see a gorgeous landscape destroyed!
3. Last but not least, the order of operations are far too important to not know! Imagine working on your house for 6-8 hours straight and then coming back later to still having a dirty house.. Trust me, we’ve been there before & it’s an awful feeling!
