One week in Farmingdale and the new layout is already taking shape.

The primary suite now has a defined bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom, and we’ve reworked the existing second floor to create the new hallway and laundry room. For a family with kids, getting the laundry upstairs, where the bedrooms are, just makes sense.

We lost some framing time to the rain, but we’re still where we need to be. Next up, the mechanical trades start moving in.

Some projects need to be seen completely finished to appreciate everything that went into them.

Our Southampton renovation is almost there. The homeowners were able to enjoy the house and backyard throughout the summer while we waited on a handful of final pieces, and now we're getting back to the remaining details.

The kitchen came out incredible; the custom finishes throughout the home are unlike anything we've done recently, and Marissa Allen of COC Interiors did an outstanding job bringing the design together.

Once the home is fully furnished, we'll come back and show you everything.

This one is going to be fun to follow.

We just started a new project in East Norwich, and when we say this house is being transformed, we mean it. The first floor is being completely reworked, the basement is being renovated, and the second floor is being dormered and extended.

We're relocating the stairs, creating a new kitchen, adding a mudroom, moving the laundry, changing bathrooms and bedrooms, and opening up the existing layout.

Today is demolition. By the time we're finished, this will feel like a completely different house.

We'll take you through it from beginning to end.
