There’s a big difference between remodeling what’s visible and improving what’s underneath.

This project involved a complete second-floor renovation, and every phase has been focused on doing things the right way. From leveling the floors and replacing windows to installing new heating and cooling systems, custom built-ins, and beautifully updated bathrooms, every step has been about long-term quality.

We’re now into the final stretch, and it’s exciting to see everything coming together exactly as planned.

The finished reveal is getting closer.

FORGOT TO POST THIS ONE
The early stages of a renovation are all about building the foundation for a great finished product.

We're wrapping up week two with the flooring going in, cabinets arriving next week, and built-ins right behind them. After that, it's the countertops and the finishing touches that complete the space.

Every project is about staying organized, keeping the schedule moving, and making steady progress from one phase to the next.

Looking forward to showing you how this one comes together over the next few weeks.

Sayville update! I will have another full update end of the week of where we are at!

Four weeks ago, this project was in demolition.

Today, the siding is complete, inspections have passed, insulation is underway, and Sheetrock is scheduled to start next week.

One of the biggest reasons projects stay on schedule is momentum. As soon as one phase is completed, the next phase is ready to begin. No waiting around, no unnecessary delays.

This Levittown dormer is moving exactly as planned, and we're looking forward to showing you the next stage of the transformation.

Happy to be starting another project as always. We just started our foundation on Saturday. Today is Monday. We have our first foundation inspection set up for Thursday. Hopefully we’ll be able to get right back to work Friday after inspection. I will keep you updated on this project. Make sure you keep following.

The finish line is starting to come into view.

We’re wrapping up week three and the transformation is becoming more noticeable every day. Cabinets are in, built-ins are taking shape, and the appliances are ready to go.

The goal on every project is simple: do quality work, stay on schedule, and minimize the disruption for the homeowner as much as possible.

A few more steps and this one will be complete.

The details are what start turning a construction project into a finished home.

Built-ins are underway, cabinetry is installed, flooring prep is in progress, and we’re moving into the final phases of this renovation.

A lot of work happens behind the scenes to keep projects moving efficiently and to make sure homeowners can get back to normal as quickly as possible.

Week three is wrapping up and this one is coming together nicely.

I have been in and around the construction trade industry for over 25 years now. Yes there are some bad seeds and not so nice people. Now that we are older and we can pretty much choose who we want to work with. We really do have some of the best people around us. We are truly blessed to say that.
