Orleans MA ☀️

This Cape Cod home brings together cedar shingles, board-and-batten siding, and a stone chimney to create a balanced, grounded design. Window placement is intentional, letting in natural light while keeping the exterior composition simple and cohesive.

The transition from indoors to outdoors is straightforward and functional—designed to extend the living space without overcomplicating it.

This double carriage garage in Harwich Port does more than store gear—it’s tailored to a life spent on the water. Outfitted with brick flooring, a spar-varnished fir ceiling, and a custom workbench, it doubles as a fish-cleaning station and launchpad for boating adventures. Open both sets of carriage doors and you’re treated to a direct sightline from the street to the harbor, with access to the outdoor kitchen, patio, and fire pit.
