Role Description
We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Southern New Jersey and involves servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:
+Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
+Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
+Conduct routine inspections and tune-ups to ensure optimal system performance.
+Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, solutions, and maintenance tips.
+Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including vehicles.
+Complete job reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
+Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:
+HVAC Technician certification/training from an accredited program.
+Proven experience in equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
+Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
+Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
+Excellent communication and organizational skills.
+A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
+EPA Certification
