Our customer in Sterling Heights had dealt with basement flooding — and the floor she was left with just wasn't built for it. Two layers of old flooring, mastic glue, and years of wear stood between her and a surface that could actually hold up.
We stripped it all back.

Both floor layers came out. The mastic glue got ground down. We worked the surface until we hit clean, solid concrete — because that's the only foundation worth building on.
