Giving back to our local community is at the very core of what we do. Sugarsbridge Contractors was deeply honored to partner with The Care Center Foundation in Downtown West Chester, PA, donating our labor and craftsmanship to support their mission of serving local families.

When the foundation's building needed a full roof overhaul, our team stepped in to complete a full roof replacement, making sure to preserve and restore the existing tin metalwork.

This project was a true team effort for the West Chester community, and we extend a special thank you to CertainTeed and SRS Distribution for their generous material donations to make this restoration possible.

Vent collars take a beating. Sun, rain, freeze and thaw, year after year, and most factory collars just aren't built to hold up.

This West Chester colonial had a vent collar that finally gave out and started leaking. We replaced it with a custom copper collar, soldered by hand with a hidden cleat connection so there's nothing exposed for the weather to break down.

If a skylight is being installed as an afterthought on top of your existing roof, it's going to leak eventually. It needs to be treated as its own structural detail, from the deck up.

We waterproof the rough opening before the unit ever goes in, then build custom metal flashing around every edge so water has nowhere to get behind. That's how you avoid the ceiling stains that show up years later.

For this apartment complex on the West End of West Chester, we stripped away a failed, decades-old two-layer shingle system down to the decking to build a high-performance roof from the foundation up. Standard shingle installs often cut corners on the details, but we treat every roof like a custom build.
