Last week was the Annual Ted’s Pools Retreat, aka Atlantic City Pool and Spa Convention. Among the many breakout sessions and interactive trainings, our Construction and Renovation Staff experienced first-hand safety certifications and technical trade mastery classes. Our Service Technicians were re-certified on Pool/Spa Operator (CPO), recognized nationwide as the leading standard of the swimming pool industry. The training allows us to remain up to date on pool and spa operating codes, required specialized operation and maintenance practices, as well as maintaining professionally trained operators who have the technical knowledge to maintain our clients exceptional backyard living experiences. Advances in technology require the constant updating of operator knowledge and skill. Good training can result in the efficient operation of your pool and spa, saving thousands of dollars.
