The most recently awarded project is Lofts of Muskegon which will be a new construction development in Muskegon, Michigan. The proposed 4-story building will include a mixture of two- and three-bedroom units for a total of 46 apartments. Located only a mile from Muskegon Lake and about 6 miles inland of Lake Michigan, the development has a prime location to enjoy Michigan’s natural scenery while also being in a walkable downtown area. It was a busy end to 2022 and we celebrated more than just Christmas and the New Year. Two of our employees had work anniversaries:

Melaina has been with our company for over a year now and has worked on the Highpoint at Wynnewood development in Dallas, TX, Prospect Senior Lofts in Mount Prospect, IL, and Boonville Senior Lofts in Boonville, IN. She is also a construction administrator for the Madison Lofts project in Fortville, IN.

Amanda also started with us just over a year ago and has been managing the Highpoint at Wynnewood development in Dallas, TX. Amanda is also leading the construction administration for Reserve at Shiloh in Garland, TX, Reserve at Palestine in Palestine, TX, Reserve at Mayfield in Arlington, TX, and K Avenue Lofts in Plano, TX.
