Another drainage project completed.

With all the heavy rain we’ve been getting lately, proper drainage can make a big difference. For this project, we corrected the sump pump discharge and gutter downspout drainage, replacing the existing setup with solid PVC and directing the water away from the problem area.

Driveway & Yard Drainage Project Completed

This property was experiencing flooding across the paver driveway and standing water in the backyard after heavy rainfall due to a failing drainage system. We replaced the driveway drains and installed a new underground PVC system connecting the trench drains, multiple gutter downspouts, and the sump pump discharge, with cleanouts added for future maintenance.

✨ Bluestone Walkway & Stoop Restoration

Routine maintenance and timely repairs help preserve the appearance, safety, and overall condition of natural stone and paver surfaces.

For this project, we:

✔ Reset settled and uneven bluestone

✔ Re-leveled the affected sections

✔ Power washed the entire walkway and front stoop

✔ Cleaned and re-sanded the joints

The completed restoration improved the appearance of the entrance while correcting the areas that had shifted and settled.

Small paver repair along this garage driveway.

The pavers along the garage had settled over time, causing water to seep into the garage during rain. We removed the affected pavers, corrected the grade to direct water away from the garage, and reinstalled the pavers at the proper elevation.

We also installed a concrete edge restraint to help secure the border and reduce future shifting.
