Water issues almost always start with improper grading. This yard sloped toward the home, causing water to intrude at the foundation. Hulme’s Hardscaping stepped in to clear out bushes and trees, re-establish proper fall away from the house, install French drainage, and complete the project with fresh sod for long-term drainage and protection.
