Congratulations to our client, Coca-Cola High Country, for officially breaking ground on their new building in West Fargo! Valor is honored to serve as the contractor for this expansive new distribution facility, spanning 141,010 square feet.

Headquartered in West Fargo ourselves, we feel a special connection to this project and are excited to contribute to the growth of our local economy. Valor is proud to be the construction partner on a new 622,788-square-foot build-to-suit facility for Robinson Inc, which will offer expanded manufacturing space for customized production. Construction is underway, and the project is expected to be completed in Q1 2027.

Developed by Enclave, the site is conveniently located in Altoona, IA, near Interstate 80, a major supply route for Robinson's energy-sector customers.
