We are breaking ground on Krew Apartments, a new mixed-income multifamily development in Shoreview, MN. 🎉

Located on an 11-acre site near I-694 and Rice Street, the project will feature 293 residential units along with 4,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Krew will also have unique live-work units and a complete set of on-site amenities for a carefree resident experience.

We look forward to continued partnership with the City of Shoreview as we build this development that reflects the community's vision.

Construction Progress: Royce Townhomes I Oakdale, MN

Spanning 248,601 square feet, Royce Townhomes boasts a variety of 2- and 3-bedroom units, complemented by amenities such as a pickleball court, outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, yoga studio, pet spa, and an outdoor dog run, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.

Royce is on track for completion by March 2027, with the first units anticipated in September 2026. We're eager to see the project take shape. Stay tuned for more updates as this development progresses!

The transformation of Hulbert Children's Center in Fargo marks a significant milestone for our client, Valley Christian Counseling & Wellness. As the construction partner on this project, we meticulously crafted each space to ensure safety and accessibility, enabling children to thrive in a supportive environment.

Enclave Construction renovated a 10,000-square-foot space that is dedicated to addressing the vital needs of children and families. The center features a variety of specialized areas, including play therapy rooms that encourage creativity and exploration, an occupational therapy gym equipped with a climbing wall to promote physical activity and confidence, and a simulated apartment that offers practical life skills training in a real-life setting.

We are proud to contribute to such an essential facility that will have a lasting impact on the community.
