Big progress is happening at Renn & Royce in Oakdale, MN. 🏗️

Since breaking ground last fall, both communities have made significant progress. Royce Townhomes is taking shape quickly, with the first units becoming available this September ahead of the anticipated March 2027 completion. Just across the development, Renn Apartments continues advancing through construction and remains on track for completion in June 2027.

Together, these two communities will bring a mix of apartment and townhome living to Oakdale, featuring modern amenities and spaces built for connection.

Construction continues to advance at Cosgrove Townhomes in Rosemount, MN, with final completion anticipated in May 2027.

This 29-building development features 178 units and nearly 389,000 square feet of elevated living spaces, complete with a community clubhouse, outdoor pool, and pickleball court.

The first units will be available to rent this October, while construction continues on the remaining phases.

Enclave has just closed on a new 77-unit multifamily development in south Grand Forks! 🎉 Maude Apartments will provide needed housing to support the area's growing population and immediate demand for rental options.

The development features a variety of studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, combining comfortable living with desirable community amenities.

We're proud to have partnered with Oxbo International on the development of its new 195,760-square-foot manufacturing and distribution building in Bergen, New York, in partnership with Geis Companies.

The facility serves as Oxbo's Upper East Coast hub and features advanced manufacturing technology, multiple assembly lines, a product showroom, and dedicated testing space to support the company's continued innovation in agricultural equipment.

From site selection through project completion, our team focused on finding the right location and creating a facility tailored to Oxbo's operational needs, workforce strategy, and long-term growth plans.
