Miller’s Excavation is growing, and we’re looking for someone who wants to work, learn, and become part of what we’re building.
We’re looking for a General Laborer / Equipment Operator and a crew leader who:
* Shows up on time and ready to work
* Takes pride in doing a job right
* Isn’t afraid of long days, dirt, mud, or hard work
* Can work independently and as part of a crew
* Respects customers, equipment, and other employees
* Has equipment experience or is willing and able to learn
* Wants more than just a paycheck — someone who wants an opportunity to grow
Experience is a plus, but work ethic, dependability, and attitude mean a lot to us.
We’re a local excavation company built through hard work, determination, and learning the trade hands-on. We want somebody who shares those same values.
