Lead Carpenters, $25 - $35 per hour based on experience, and average 40-50 hours per week with company vehicle provided. Qualified candidates will possess strong mechanical aptitude, solid knowledge, skills, and 10+ years' experience in the building trades with a focus on providing high quality results for our customers while paying attention to the bottom line. Applications are being accepted for candidates living in or around Greater Cincinnati to work side-by-side with skilled craftspeople in several building trades providing restaurant repairs such as tile and grout, wall surface replacement, door and siding installs, etc.

Job requirements include strong math skills and mechanical aptitude, ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis, and available to work scheduled hours/nights and out of town, with reliable transportation locally. Company Transportation and Per Diem provided with out of town travel.

Travel and work nights-home weekends. Typical work week is Monday evening -- Friday morning (4 10s) Overtime available.

$15-$18/hr, more with 2+ solid years of previous experience in the building trades. Looking for 2 full time employees but would consider summer employees as well.

We are looking for a mechanically minded craftsperson for a Service Technician position to perform building repair and maintenance for our customers at their sites. Day travel required, home evening.

Qualified candidates must be at least 21 years of age with a valid drivers' license with a good (fairly clean) driving record. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude coupled with solid knowledge, skills, and 5+ years' general trades/punch list experience. Basic plumbing and basic electric skills helpful. Commercial carpentry experience a plus. This position provides support to our building maintenance and remodeling company by providing data input entering time sheets and purchase receipts for field personnel, maintaining office files, creating customer invoices, assist with recruitment, answering phones, etc.

Ideal candidates will have strong written communication and computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office Products, with knowledge in QuickBooks preferred. Solid phone and customer service skills a must. Looking for a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed.
