This customer’s house did not have provisions for a softener. They asked us if we would be able to add one. Luckily for them, that’s our specialty! We recommend our twin tank with carbon filter to remove the chlorine from the city water as well as softening the water. New emergency shutoff valves installed and a softener air gap as required by code. No cross contamination from unlicensed installers! Real plumbers defend the health of the nation!! Waking up without being able to take a shower or flush a toilet in your own home is an omen I wouldn’t wish on anyone to start their day. Well systems have vital components that need to be operating in unison to ensure the functionality of the system. Does your house water run off of a well? If so, P-Rex Plumbing can service, repair or replace your well pump and pressure tank.

Our customer called Wednesday evening stating they had no water. P-Rex Plumbing had their water back on before they came home from work Thursday. We replaced the burnt up well pump and also found the cause of the pump failure: TWO ruptured pressure tanks and some old electrical components. I believe that the pressure tank in the back was original when the house was built. Whoever installed the pressure tank on the right left the old, rusted tank connected inline with their water system. The water was still flowing though that decrepitude container. 🤢
