We have started excavation on The Astra Tower, located in downtown Salt Lake City. Once completed this tower will be the tallest to date. With over three hundred auger cast piles installed at 6' on center and 4' between each one, this excavation plan has to be on point. Let's go!

Our Drilling Guys have been lucky getting out of this Salt Lake Weather. We recently were down near the Virgin River in La Verkin constructing drilled piers for a bridge at the confluence.

Recent project for our drilling crews! If you follow BYU football you know their scoreboards were upgraded on a grand scale. Original south end zone board was 34 X 50 ft, the new one is 48 x 131 ft. The massive size of the scoreboard required foundation upgrades. Our crews installed micropiles to strengthen existing foundation and new foundations. Our own Paul Hammond has a published magazine article sharing the full experience of the challenges and successes of the project. Check it out.
