Had a ton of people asking about the hats I posted yesterday. Gonna run a flash sale for all three types. Comment Hat 1, Hat 2, or Hat 3 by Sunday at 8pm. Hats are $35 each. Post will be removed after Sunday. Will follow up next week with payment details and dates as they would be a custom run. Getchya some.

As a builder that self performs a lot of what we do, effeciency is key. We frame everything we build so prior to arriving and slinging sticks, I’ve started putting together a spreadsheet of preparatory items that can be cut and assembled in shop so that we can be as efficient as possible when assembling. Everything should fit like legos.

There are 34 exterior openings on the tunnel house. We’re a week and a half out from starting our floor frame yet all the headers and head work has been completed for our walls by one guy in the shop. This means when a crew of 6 shows up to start assembling, everything is labeled and we can be efficient.
