Happy spring/ summer everyone! This has been a busy season so far. We appreciate everyone and all of the work our customers keep us busy with! I had a small moment walking out of the office today that took me back a little ways. Blake and I started TLC back in 2014 with no customers a borrowed truck and a financed dump trailer. It makes me feel so blessed to see what hard work, great customers and great employees can do to a business. I have saved every note, thank you card and just a simple hand written note over the last 12 years. We hang them on a cork board in the office and I took a minuite this morning to read just some of the top layer of them and it reminded me of why I enjoy what we do and our customers! Thank you to anyone we have done business with over the years we appreciate you.

Total Landscape Care is looking to hire!!

We have two production positions open.

First position: No experience needed we would like to find an individual that has a good work ethic, and wants to learn more about the landscape and arbor industry.

Requirements:
- must be able to lift 50lbs
-show up on time
-works well with others
-willing to take instructions and learn
-clean driving record
-18 years of age or older

Second position: We would like to find someone that has prior landscape or arbor knowledge.
Experience in tree service and landscape construction/pruning.

Requirements:
- must be able to lift 50lbs

- prior landscape experience or tree service experience.

Pay, hours, benefits:
- pay is based on experience with room for growth.
- we are looking to fill a M-F 7:30am-4pm

After 90 days we offer:

- bonuses based on yearly performance

We are a small family owned business out of Oregon City, we have been in business for 12 years and we are looking to expand!

Here is a pretty cool transformation! This is start to finish this big sequoia was on top of the septic tank. We removed the tree, ben muffet forrestry removed the stump. Then we re landscaped the back landscape!

We are looking to fill a full time position long term.

Position available: Office Assistant:
Monday-Friday
7:30-4:00

- typing proposals
- answering phones
- helping with the schedule
- running errands
- picking up materials
- plant coordinator for jobs
- sourcing plants and materials
- helping entering data in our computers
- keeping the shop tidy as needed

Requirements:
- must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- must be able to lift 50lbs
- must have experience with microsoft word, excel, and quickbooks would be a plus.
- must be able to work in a fast paced, high production setting
- must be willing to learn
- must be able to work with others

Pay, benefits, and hours:
- pay dependent on experience (hourly)
- after a 90 day probation period, we offer full medical, dental, and vision
- simple ira match
- paid vacation
- paid holidays
-yearly bonuses based on performance
