Due to flooding on the street leading to our office off Ellis Road, our team is having difficulty safely reaching the office and our service vehicles.

We’re doing everything we can to serve our customers while keeping our team safe and protecting our vehicles from flood damage. Some service calls will need to be rescheduled as we wait for roads to reopen safely. Our office will contact affected customers with scheduling updates.

⚠️ PLEASE SHARE — FLOODWATER & AC SAFETY ⚠️

If water is rising around your outdoor air conditioner, please don’t go near it. Electricity and floodwater are a dangerous combination.

If you can safely access your indoor electrical panel with dry hands and while standing on a dry surface, turn off the breakers supplying your AC system. Never walk through floodwater to reach the unit or outdoor disconnect.

This is especially important for manufactured homes with package units that sit low to the ground. Shutting off power early may help prevent additional damage. If your system has been flooded, leave it off until a qualified HVAC professional inspects it—even after the water recedes.

Floodwater can also carry sewage and bacteria from backed-up septic and sewer systems. Even a small cut can allow bacteria into your body and cause an infection.

Underground electrical service doesn’t eliminate the danger. Damaged or flooded electrical equipment can energize the water, and you cannot see that hazard.

Please avoid walking or playing in floodwater, and keep children and pets out of it. Your safety matters more than your equipment.

Today we’re celebrating Damion’s 10-year anniversary with Quality Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating! 🎉

I first met Damion Trombley; he was just a teenager getting started in our trade at Denico Air Conditioning. Even back then, his drive, his ability to learn and adapt, and the way he could make friends with homeowners stood out.

For the last 10 years, Damion has been instrumental in maintaining the quality of our work and making sure our customers feel taken care of. Look through our Google reviews, and you’ll see hundreds of reviews mentioning him by name. Behind those reviews are people he’s helped, reassured, and gone the extra mile for.

His impact goes beyond our customers, too. Damion has mentored and trained dozens of young people entering our trade. Many have moved on, but the knowledge, experience, and, most importantly, the professionalism he taught them will stay with them for the rest of their lives.

Just this morning, on his work anniversary, he came in early to teach soldering techniques to one of our newest technicians. That says a lot about the kind of person he is.

I also want to take a moment to thank Tracy Trombley for nights, on-call weekends, changed plans, and the support you’ve given Damion and Quality Comfort. It does not go unnoticed. Having been in this trade for nearly 30 years, I understand the sacrifices our families make because my own family has made them throughout this journey. Tracy, we appreciate you and everything you’ve done behind the scenes over the years.

We’ve been open for over 21 years and still serve some of the same customers who trusted us when we first opened our doors. We’re proud to remain a local, family-owned company with deep roots in this community. Damion has been a big part of keeping that trust strong.

We don’t just fix air conditioners. We keep people comfortable, and the relationships we build along the way mean everything to us.
