“Help, my air is not working!”
“My air conditioner isn’t blowing cold air!”

We know being hot and stuffy is not fun, and we’re giving our best to get everyone fixed up as soon as possible.

Some tips that may possibly help you if your A/C is not working:
1. Take pictures and videos of the problem as soon as you can. Anything you can do to describe your problem to us is vital.
2. If your unit is not working properly, it’s probably best to turn your thermostat to the Off position, and turn the fan to On instead of Auto. Do this especially if you see any ice on your refrigerant lines or hear any weird noises.
3. Keep your unit clean! Changing your indoor filter and rinsing off the debris on the outdoor coil is something we do on almost every single service call. If the system is not clean, it will not work properly.
4. Pour a very small amount of bleach (1 cap worth) into your indoor unit’s condensate drain. If there is no where for you to do this, don’t try. The small amount of bleach should help keep your drain line clear from algae buildups.

We will never forget.

Today we honor the lives and sacrifice of Sergeant Brandon Paudert and Police Officer Bill Evans, who gave their lives in the line of duty while protecting the community of West Memphis.

On May 20, 2010, during a traffic stop on Interstate 40, both fallen heroes were tragically taken away from us in an exchange of gunfire with armed extremists. Their courage, dedication, and commitment to serving others will never be forgotten.

Sergeant Robert “Brandon” Paudert served with the West Memphis Police Department for seven years in the Drug Interdiction Unit and was a devoted husband, father, son, and brother in blue.

Officer Thomas William “Bill” Evans also served West Memphis Police Department for nine years in the Drug Interdiction Unit and was a devoted father, son, and brother in blue.
We continue to remember their sacrifice, bravery and selflessness until his final moments as we keep their families, friends, and fellow officers in our thoughts. Their legacy lives on through the badge and the community they gave everything to protect.
