This is the message I sent to the mayor and members of the council for ward 4 asking to clean up our neighborhoods
So that we can prevent the violence that normally increases during the summer months if you live in these areas and you are willing to to be a help please comment below
Good morning I’m proposing to cut all overgrown properties in north McAuley , Sula ln Goodwin and n 18th street area in and effort to clean up my neighborhood we are experiencing shootings daily after speaking to neighbors we ask the city to do another walk through with law enforcement like we did a few years ago, we’re asking for increased patrols and spot lighting at night we’re asking to have streets light bulbs replaced to increase lighting we know we’re asking for a lot however in light of the recent violence that took a life we’re asking very little we need city grass crews to help us cut up and clean up fallen limbs and trees and we need the communities help the more people that are out we feel those who are committing crimes will be lowered because of our presence please invest in our neighborhood
