This toilet fl**ge was completely rotten and the toilet was moving and leaking bad when flushed. I pulled the toilet and cut out the old fl**ge and reset the toilet so it would be sturdy and not leak!

This customer has had a tough time! She had 2 different plumbers out but they had trouble finding the leak. After an hour of looking and crawling under the trailer I found it! Mice chewed thru her water line that was between the decking and the floor. Cut out the leaking section and made repair and helped her put out some traps for the mice!

This is why you always dig carefully! Got a call for a water leak and there was a high pressure poly gas line right on top of the water line where it was leaking. Got the leak fixed and no gas lines harmed!

Got a call for a water leak today. The leak had saturated the ground at an office building. Took a lot of digging to pinpoint where the leak was but I got it fixed!

Huge thanks to Ronald Parker for recommending me to one of his friends for a plumbing job. Customer wanted all their gold lavatory faucets and drains upgraded. I removed all the old faucets and drains and installed very nice Delta lavatory faucets.

This lavatory drain piping lasted 60 years but ended up leaking. I removed all the old drain piping and replaced it with tubular PVC! I love helping my customers for a fair price!
