New pool calls for a new back yard.

We got this yard back to final grade, installed 419 bermuda sod, irrigation system and new landscaping throughout.

A nice job recently completed in West Monroe. This project required a major demo of the original landscape that had reached its lifespan. We got it all gone and started fresh. We also installed an Oakland Holly privacy screen, chopstone border and low voltage led landscape lighting.

Nice landscape update completed in west Monroe. This job really packed a punch in such a small space. We started by removing the remains of an existing landscape as well as several poorly placed river birch and crepe myrtle trees. We then addressed the poor drainage on the side yard by grading and creating positive slope, then installing a French drain to collect any remaining water. We then got to work on executing the landscape plan, we built a natural stone retaining wall, installed all of the bed space and fabricated, on site our seamless steel edging from 1/4” x4” raw steel

• Lead and supervise a crew to complete landscape projects efficiently and to company standards
• Set the pace for the team through hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ensure all work is completed with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and performance
• Read and execute landscape plans, layouts, and designs accurately
• Maintain job site safety.
• Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients
• Operate and oversee the use of tools, equipment, and machinery
• Pull trailers and heavy equipment.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• A “lead by example” mindset—willing to work hard alongside the crew
• Commitment to producing high-quality work, no shortcuts
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in the field
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Experience in landscaping, construction, or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license (required)

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience as a crew leader or foreman
• Knowledge of plant materials, grading, drainage, and installation techniques
• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, lazer levels etc.
• Bi lingual
