And the winner is . . . Most messed up electrical service of the week!

This duplex had some special problems in addition to the obvious. Such as the two unit panels were oversized for the wire feeders (fire hazard), the riser and meter need to relocate out of the upper roof, there was no grounding system at all, needs external disconnects, and requires new service feeders and pipe to both units.
We won the contract Saturday, finished the grounding on Sunday, submitted the permit Monday for a Thursday emergency pickup, and will finish the job with inspection and power release on Friday.
This is what we do best: get it done right, and get it done right now.

Overhead utility power drops are the most vulnerable utility in a storm. We're fixing three of these right now, with lots more to come.
Firstly, keep tree branches clear of the lines, 6 feet minimum since trees sway a lot in the wind. Second, convert to underground service. That is usually a lot cheaper than a generator!
Give us a call to price out an underground conversion, we'll get right on it.

We have been all over palm beach county this week and aside from power outages, things are pretty good. Gas stations are active and the roads are clear.
