Before and after kitchen remodel. We worked with nautilus designs for this remodel. We opened up a structural wall to give a more open feel, turned the island and moved everything around. The way the builder should have done it from the beginning. It made this kitchen huge. We used Kemper cherry wood cabinets in the kitchen, mantra in the laundry room. We chose a darker color for the buffet cabinets to give it some contract and added a mirrored backsplash. The main countertops are quartzite. 60” plank tile floor. Relocated all the lighting. And we added a flush mount exhaust hood in the ceiling that ducts through the roof. The customer is in heaven with their new kitchen.

Before and after kitchen remodel in Loxahatchee. We used Kemper choice cabinets in a rustic hickory wood species and we went with a matte finish that really makes it look classy. We chose an off white painted upper to complement the hickory. The owner wanted to add a ship lap feature wall so we ordered some hickory wood from a local supplier and the matching stain from Kemper to get a pretty close match to our cabinets. Taj Mahal quartzite for the countertops. This modern take on a country style kitchen really turned out beautiful. Night and day difference from the old thermofoil cabinets they had before. Quick and easy remodel for a good client in Delray. A few years ago, this homeowner hired the wrong company to remodel their bathroom. While doing other work in their home I discovered the shower floor was leaking. The more I looked, the more problems I found. This was on a 2nd story with a wood subfloor. The contractor installed cork over the work with a few nails per pieces of cork and then installed the tile on top. The tile floor was broken and loose. The floating vanity was sitting on brackets with no real wall support and gapped off the wall and not level. The tile backsplash and walls were installed terribly. The tile base had the serial numbers showing. The drywall work was horrendous. They had closed in park of the shower because they didn’t know how to cut angles and behind the hidden wall, was the old tile shower. The stud were just hanging there. The shower pan had no pre pitch and in fact the drain was sitting above the subfloor a considerable amount. There were screws in the pan liner below the water line. The shower valve was not secure. The closet fl**ge was too close to the left wall and had a significant pitch. And the list goes on. Very sad that there’s people out there getting away with this kind of work and the consumers have no clue. But…. We fixed it and it looks beautiful and the customer is happy.

New screen enclosure and partial pool/patio remodel in Wellington. From the old dated white screen to the fresh bronze removing the ugly fence and also increasing the gutter size for better flow. We did an over paver installation on top of the concrete slab including the pool coping. The diamond brite was in good shape so we made sure not to damage the tile. Once completed, we drained the pool and have it a nice acid wash and got it looking new again. Working with designer Beyond the Barn (BTB LLC). Jason Adam Kolifrath did the screen.

New screen enclosure in Wellington. We removed the old fence and concrete columns, and the old partial screen enclosure. We did a grind and skim coat on the old patio and a new spray deck and stain. Replaced the old Christmas palms that were too tall with some pretty bottle palms. What a difference this enclosure makes. I don’t know who was more impressed, the owner or the building inspector. Deck in Wellington. We did this over a year ago, just forgot to post the pictures. I’ll go back and get pictures with the beautiful landscaping done around it. The deck is composite deck by wear deck. We repaired the existing shed and painted it. Custom made fire pit. The owner wanted a rustic look made from river rock. It’s gas (we ran gas Lines to a lp tank) and the logs are ceramic cast and painted to look like real wood and hold up really well over time. Worked with Beyond the Barn (BTB LLC), the designer, on this project

Guest bath remodel in Wellington. We started out by moving the doorway further into the dead space of the hall to allow for a bigger vanity, turned the tub/shower into a curbless shower using 72” wall tile. Put in a full length niche and went the extra mile and mitered the tile into the niche as well as the end wall. We also mitered the quartz for the seat and vanity and waterfalled the knee wall. Large format tile on the floor as well. Kitchencraft textured laminate vanity. Recessed toe kick to give the illusion of a floating vanity with under cabinet lights.Beautiful kohler sink and plumbing fixtures and a Toto toilet with a washlet. We also inset the mirrored medicine cabinet from aquadom. Cabo style Barn door shower door. And finished it up with a pearl faux finish on the walls.
