Huge thanks to the team at Buildertrend for the invitation to join such an insightful panel discussion!

I’d also like to thank Benjamin Copenhaver of CopeGrand Homes & Piper Stromatt of Botique Living by Curate, for welcoming me on and bringing such great insight and perspective to this topic!

With Buildertrend having just launched their new “Community” platform we dove deep into the power of “Community” and how fostering genuine connections between general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and designers is changing the game for all of us.

Here are a few of my favorite takeaways from the session:

• The Power of Proximity: We discussed how reaching out to “competitors” and peers doesn’t just help our individual businesses—it elevates the entire industry and strengthens our local communities.

• The Tech Bridge: It was fascinating to explore how technology is actually bringing us closer together, streamlining communication, and breaking down the silos that used to keep us apart.

• A Culture Shift: The era of “closely guarded secrets” is fading. The new generation of pros is ushering in an era of transparency and mentorship that I find incredibly inspiring.

When we share knowledge, we all win. Let’s keep building these bridges!
