Construction is underway at Palma in North Miami Beach. 🏗️

This new 121-unit condominium development will feature ground-floor retail, a structured parking garage, and over 167,000 square feet of new construction designed by Built Form, LLC.

Current activity includes augercast pile installation as the foundation work begins on KAST’s first project with the Built Form team. Palma is also pursuing LEED Gold certification, reinforcing a commitment to sustainable construction and thoughtful design.
