Why Do Pavers Sink?

One of the biggest reasons pavers sink isn't the paver itself—it's what's underneath it.

If the base isn't excavated to the proper depth, compacted correctly, or built with the right materials, the pavers can settle over time, creating uneven surfaces and trip hazards.

At Palm Scapes, we focus on building a strong foundation so your driveway or patio is designed to last.

If you've noticed sinking pavers around your home, we'd be happy to provide a free evaluation.

Did you know a pond doesn't have to rely on chemicals to stay crystal clear?

One of the most common questions I get is, "How do you keep the water clean?"

The answer is natural biological filtration.

At Palm Scapes, we design and build ponds that work with nature. A properly designed bog filter uses beneficial bacteria, plants, and natural processes to help keep the water clean and healthy. It's one of the most effective and environmentally friendly ways to maintain a beautiful pond.

Whether you're dreaming of a peaceful koi pond, a natural ecosystem pond, or even a custom swim pond, every project is designed around your property and your vision.

With decades of hands-on experience and a passion for quality craftsmanship, we take pride in creating outdoor spaces that are built to be enjoyed for years to come.

If you've ever thought about adding a pond or water feature to your property, I'd be happy to answer your questions and discuss your ideas.
