Section 07 52 00, page 7. Flashing — continued. Paragraph 3.7C: at roof curbs, extend membrane up curb and secure as recommended by manufacturer. Paragraph 3.7D: provide counterflashing with reglet at parapet caps. Paragraph 3.7E: seal all terminations per manufacturer's requirements.
Most scope misses are not hidden. They were just never reviewed closely enough.

The wall section at the parapet: TPO membrane, insulation, cover board, v***r barrier, structural deck. The detail at the counterflashing: sealant, counterflashing, continuous cleat, membrane termination, base flashing, reglet, substrate — with 3-inch minimum lap and 1-1/2-inch minimum engagement.
Miss one flashing detail and the callback becomes part of the project cost.

Addendum 04. Issued May 15, 2024. Changes include: A2.1 floor plan, A2.2 reflected ceiling plan, A6.1 interior elevations. Keynotes revised: metal wall panel extents, aluminum storefront details, lighting fixture locations, earthwork limits, GWB assembly heights.
The revision clouds were on the plan. The scope impact was high. One revised detail can invalidate every quantity already sitting in your bid tab.

The original takeoff was approved. Quantities locked, pricing submitted, contract awarded.
Then the shop drawings came back. Connection Revision B on Sheet S5.2: tonnage adjustment plus 2.45 tons. New material list: W14x90 column modified, W16x40 beam added, two PL 1/2 plates, two PL 3/8 plates. Revised bolt schedule. Additional ETXX electrodes.
Shop drawing changes impact steel quantities in ways the original bid set never reveals. We catch them before they impact your budget and your schedule.
