Monday Morning Field Report

I tell clients all the time, “I put your floors down so if a hurricane wipes out your house, they will find my floor still there stuck to your slab!”

Silly as it sounds, I know tearing up my floors is a bear and a half.

Just last week, some young contractor labor found out when they were inadvertently instructed to remove some of the plywood subfloor I put in. Three guys taking turns with a chip hammer and prybars. They got 2.5 sheets up in a day and a half! LOL!

Here I am about to do the same thing, but a solid 7” WO glue down from 2002.
