Customer: “Can you make this property look like a park?” 🌳

Us: “Absolutely.” 👊

This property doesn’t even remotely resemble what it looked like when we started. What was once overgrown and damaged by last year’s tornado 🌪️, with one dry pond and another that was nothing but a mud hole, has been completely transformed.

We came in and handled the entire cleanup process from start to finish:
🔥 Cleared heavy overgrowth and storm damage
🌲 Burned and removed brush and trees
🚜 Demoed the old dry pond
🏗️ Built a new shop pad and parking area
💧 Completely rebuilt and enlarged the existing pond
🌿 Added a peninsula to give it a true park-like look and feel

By the time we wrapped up, grass was already growing back in areas we had cleared and graded before final pictures were even taken. 🌱

Need demolition, excavation, or site prep done right the first time? Nissen Land Development is proud to be involved at the hospital in Mountain View demoing and excavating a new space for MRI and CT equipment.

We came in and demoed the area and dug in the crawl space for the company installing the new facilities! We worked them in and even stayed late into the evening to avoid getting rained out so they would stay right on schedule!

A beautiful new home isn’t complete without an equally beautiful yard and view.

We were proud to transform this property with the yard it truly deserved. We cut the entire area down to open up a stunning view of the pond right from the front porch. All material was graded and relocated to the back side of the pond, followed by over 30 dump truck loads of topsoil brought in and spread across the yard.

The topsoil was then precision graded and power raked to remove the majority of rocks—we even took a photo to show just how many were pulled out!

The result speaks for itself. This is without a doubt one of the nicest yards in the area!!

Another beautiful transformation of this untouched property to the site of a future forever home! We built the pad up to grade while being able to demo an old pond next to the site that didn’t hold water‼️

We also dug the driveway down to a good hard surface and brought it back up with clay and compacted. Topped with rock provided by us❗️

👀Check out this impressive pond transformation‼️

This pond had issues with filling up and leaking due to poor compaction of the dam. We investigated and partially demolished the dam to extend it to the next hill as well as redoing and compacting the entire dam, effectively capturing additional runoff and doubling its size‼️
