Here’s a look of before and after of a bathroom that had water and mold damage. We then called in an (IEP) Indoor Environmental Professional. They done an air quality test to see what the mold spores were and the spore count of the bathroom. Then we completed the mold mitigation by removing all damaged materials along with all the fixtures then cleaned and treated everything that had the mold on it. After the mitigation was completed we then had the IEP come back and do a post test to make sure the mold was remediated and air quality test passed to below normal standards. This is what it looks like after we’re done with it.
