Neuman Electric recently completed a project for Columbia Industrial Coatings, upgrading the electrical system in their paint booth. The newly installed wiring and equipment is rated for use in hazardous environments, reducing the risk of fire or explosion caused by paint vapors.

Great progress is being made at the Hermiston Aquifer Storage and Recovery Project! The 700 HP well motor is now fully installed, our 3000A service has been energized, and we are on track to begin startup later this month.

🌱💧 Neuman Electric is excited to be working alongside Apollo Inc. on a new project at the Richland Landfill. This project involves constructing a pond designed to capture and safely treat all water that drains to the bottom of the landfill, helping protect the environment and local water systems.

Power restored!⚡️
Last week, we helped a homeowner who suddenly lost power when their main breaker failed. Our team at Neuman Electric quickly responded and replaced the entire electrical panel with a new Square D HOM model.

Because the faulty main breaker was a Murray/Crouse-Hinds type—which is no longer being produced—we weren’t able to simply swap it out. We see this issue several times a year with these older panels.

🌱 Big news! Neuman Electric is kicking off a new project with the Department of Natural Resources in Olympia at their nearly 100-acre seed farm. This farm grows strong, healthy seedlings that go on to restore forests and create resilient ecosystems across Washington. Their work plays a huge role in fighting wildfires, invasive species, and other environmental threats.

Our team will be upgrading the farm’s 50-year-old facilities with new electrical panels and reliability improvements to keep their important work running smoothly.

Neuman Electric to the Rescue!⚡
It’s not unusual for us to get emergency calls when a customer suddenly loses power. In this case, the problem was a meter base that was burning up, leaving the customer completely without electricity.

Our team got this service call in the morning and rushed out the same day. We set up a generator to keep their fridges running and made the necessary repairs to get their electrical service safely re-energized by the end of the workday.
