I installed this vanity maybe 2 yrs ago or so. It looks like there was a leak or something. Somebody removed it and reinstalled it because I found a putty knife and other stuff underneath it. Renters moved out and now the landlord is having to replace it and some sheetrock due to water damage to it. It’s tough for these landlords sometimes.

A simple repair changes the scope of work when corrosion pretty much welds itself to water spigot. Clients says to move forward and make proper repair. Add some trim with a clean sheetrock cutout and now we have a door to backside of spigot for future repairs . 🙌🏼. It be like that sometimes. Weekend is almost here.

Almost done with the inside of this AirBnB in Rockport. Client didn’t want to break the bank with redoing both showers and vanity tops. Went ahead and prepped and applied an epoxy paint designed for tubs and tile. A few more punch list items left to close out the interior part of this job. Waiting on the rain to pass to start exterior work. Blessed and grateful for my new and existing clients for the support and referrals that keep helping my small business grow. Thank you to my loyal support system that continues to believe in me 🙏🏻

Rockport Airbnb job I have been working on. Bathrooms got a fresh coat of paint on walls and cabinets. Installed door pulls. Fresh paint on the kitchen cabinets as well as new glass tile backsplash. Door pulls also installed. A few more things to finish on inside before I move to the outside. Stay Grinding💪🏼.
