The new three-story wood porch structure is taking shape above the existing building while drywall crews continue making steady progress throughout the apartment units below, making the most of the summer construction season.

It's one of those points in a project where the structural vision and the interior spaces start coming together all at once.

Excited to announce the award and commencement of a new 12,000 SF Registry of Motor Vehicles facility in Lowell, Massachusetts.

With mobilization complete and framing already underway, construction is progressing as the existing space is going to be converted and re-built to support the needs of a modern RMV operation.

We're grateful for the opportunity to work with RD Management and contribute to a project that helps the continued growth of the historic City of Lowell.

Progress continues at the future RCC Teen Center and Daycare. Our self-perform team is actively rebuilding the exterior façade, installing new framing, metal panels and exterior siding as the vision for the project moves from drawings into reality.

Restoring the historic façade at Wright’s Block with 90 new Marvin windows designed to match the building’s original fenestration.

Each opening is custom made, with every unit fabricated to align with the historic proportions, sightlines, and detailing, allowing the exterior to read as it once did while meeting today’s performance standards.

A careful balance between preservation and progress, continuing the restoration of High Street in Holyoke.
