Hello everyone!
Just wanted to send an update on my status.
Surgery recovery is going well. I'm behaving, as I should, so that means no w**ding 🫤🤣

The flowers, however, are making a little bit of a recovery so if you would like to come out today or tomorrow the field will be open. The rain last night made things on the right side a little squishy so be sure to wear your water shoes. Otherwise it is walkable, but as always, please watch your footing.

Update on the flower field!
This week's extreme heat has done wonders for drying up the flooded areas * just* in time for this weekend's rain. I was able to mow and w**d eat most of the field but it's still pretty squishy in spots.

I am still taking orders for pick up if you are interested in a bouquet. Just reach out to me on here if you'd like one🙂

In other news, I will be having surgery on July 17th.👎 Obviously surgery 2 years in a row is not ideal but it is what it is. We still hope to make the weekend "open field" work as long as weather cooperates and flowers continue to bloom. You will just have to excuse some of the w**ds as this is not Jeff's full time job (or mine but I'm in the field more and will be out of it for 6 weeks. I will announce on this page when open field picking will be available so please keep an eye out.

Update on Best Buds Flower Farm .
There is such a thing as too much rain and this field has had it.
We're currently flooded on one side and praying those seeds/tubers/bulbs survive. We do have lots of flowers coming in on the *dryer* side.
Due to the soft ground we are not opening the field for picking as of yet. However! If you would like a bouquet I would love to make one for you. Prices are still the same, $10 for small, $15 for large, and $30 for extra large vase.
Send me a message and we can set up a time and day that works best for you.

Seeds are starting to pop up! As long as the weather and the deer cooperate we should be open late June/early July for picking!

Working in the wet flower field and I was surprised how much this dragon fly clip worked! Those "murder mosquitos" and gnats didn't come near me!

The last April subscription bouquet went out this morning with the first peony of the season!

It's almost May which means seedlings are going in the ground soon. The field will be full of color soon!!

The field isn't fully open but if you would like to stop by for a little pop of color I will be happy to let you. Please message or call first( Large dog will need put up).
5 alliums for $3 and $2 a stem for the Iris while they last!
Iris is still coming in, so please don't worry if you don't see any.
