⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the kind of review that reminds us why we do this work.

A homeowner in Rhode Island had their attic develop mold after a winter roof leak from heavy snowfall. After replacing the roof, they called All Dry Services of Rhode Island. Dustin and his team, Oscar and Otto, arrived and immediately made an impression. They covered floors from the entrance to the second floor, sealed off work areas, and prevented any chemical odors from spreading into the living areas throughout the remediation process.

The results spoke for themselves. Within a few hours, the wood was dry and looked almost brand new. The mold was completely gone.

The homeowner wrote: ""Oscar and Otto are outstanding workers, experienced, professional, and knowledgeable. They treated our home with great care, as if it were their own.""

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is what we mean when we say we show up for people.

Matt's elderly parents experienced a significant water damage event at their condo in Milford, Connecticut in November 2025. Matt lives outside of the US and was managing the entire process remotely. Over the following four and a half months, the claim involved two insurance companies, a condo association between insurers, a property management company causing constant delays, two independent adjusters, and a third-party bill reviewer.

Through all of it, our Connecticut team was there. Cameron Montie was on-site within an hour. Lead technician Cody Borowski was sharp and easy to work with throughout. Cameron copied Matt on correspondence, flagged issues before they grew, and proactively identified the need for asbestos testing when others had not caught it.

Matt wrote: ""At no point did All Dry become part of the problem. They were always part of the solution. If you are dealing with water damage and you want a company that will be straight with you, fight for you, and not disappear when the insurance process gets complicated, call All Dry. You will not regret it.""

This is the standard we hold ourselves to across all four of our branches. Our team at All Dry Services Rhode Island is available 24/7 across the state.

When a water damage or mold event happens at one of your properties, the call you make in the first hour matters more than almost anything else that follows.

For property managers who oversee buildings across multiple regions, one of the most important decisions is which restoration company to have on speed dial. Not every company that serves Southern New England can respond quickly to properties across the region. Most single-location operations simply cannot cover the geography.

All Dry Services operates four fully staffed regional branches with locations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Each branch has its own local team, its own equipment, and the ability to respond rapidly within its region. When you manage properties across multiple areas, one call connects you to the right team for the right location without dispatch delays, travel time from a distant location, or subcontracted crews who do not know the region.

For large loss events, having four regional offices also means we can leverage resources across branches. When a significant water or fire event requires more equipment, more crew, or faster turnaround than a single office can deploy alone, our branches work together. That capacity matters when the stakes are high and the clock is running.

For property managers, this means consistent documentation, insurance coordination, and communication across all locations because you are working with one company.

If you manage properties across Southern New England and want to know more about how we work with property managers, reach out to our team at All Dry Services Rhode Island.

πŸ’§ When water damage happens, one of the most consequential decisions a homeowner makes is how quickly they call for help.

In the first 24 hours, moisture spreads through building materials. Flooring absorbs water. Drywall wicks moisture upward. Wall insulation becomes saturated. None of this is visible yet, but the damage is actively progressing.

Between 24 and 48 hours, the probability that flooring, walls, and other structural materials cannot be salvaged and will need to be removed goes up significantly. The longer professional drying is delayed, the more materials cross the threshold from salvageable to compromised. What could have been a drying project is becoming a removal and remediation project.

At 48 hours and beyond, mold begins to establish itself on wet organic materials. The conditions it needs are already present. The longer moisture sits in those conditions, the more established the mold becomes and the greater the scope of work required.

Beyond 72 hours, the cost and disruption of restoration grow significantly with each day of delay.

We understand that the first instinct after water damage is often to assess and clean up what you can see. The problem is that what you can see is rarely the full extent of it. A professional response in the first few hours confirms the actual scope, stops the spread, and documents everything your insurance carrier will need.

Our team at All Dry Services Rhode Island responds 24/7 across the state. The first call is the most important one.

🏒 Summer tenant turnover is one of the busiest periods for property managers and one of the highest-risk windows for discovering moisture damage that built up quietly through the spring.

When tenants move out in June and July, units that have been occupied and unmonitored for months get opened up. What gets discovered is often not the result of a single event. It is the result of a slow leak under a bathroom vanity that the tenant never reported. Condensation that built up behind a refrigerator all spring. Mold that established itself in a crawl space accessible only through a unit that was occupied.

The calls we respond to in summer often have damage that is more subtle than a flooded space. But subtle does not mean minor. Mold that has had weeks or months to establish in a warm, unventilated space requires full professional remediation, not a cleaning crew.

A proactive walkthrough between tenants in June focused on under-sink plumbing, bathroom caulking and grout, appliance connections, and any musty odor in the unit is the difference between a one-day response and a multi-week remediation project during your peak leasing season.

Our team at All Dry Services Rhode Island works with property managers across the state on summer inspections, moisture inspections, and full remediation when needed.

🦠 Most homeowners have a general sense that mold remediation means cleaning up mold. What it actually involves is significantly more specific than that.

The first step is never removal. It is assessment. Before any work begins, our team identifies where the moisture source is, how far the mold has spread, and what materials are affected. Removing mold without addressing the moisture source that caused it means the problem returns.

Once the scope is confirmed, containment goes up. Mold spreads through spores that become airborne when disturbed. Proper containment barriers and negative air pressure prevent those spores from traveling to unaffected areas of the home during remediation.

Affected porous materials like drywall, insulation, and wood framing that cannot be adequately cleaned are removed. Non-porous surfaces are treated with professional-grade mold and stain remover, odor neutralizer, antimicrobial agents and, in some instances, encapsalent. HEPA air filtration runs throughout the space to capture airborne spores that become disturbed during the process.

After remediation is complete, post-remediation verification confirms that spore counts in the treated area have returned to normal levels. That verification is documented and can be provided to your insurance carrier or used for real estate purposes.

Our team at All Dry Services Rhode Island handles mold remediation from assessment through verification across the state.

πŸ’§ Real Job. Real Results.

A family called us after their young child stuffed toys and paper into the upstairs bathroom toilet. The toilet overflowed before anyone realized what had happened. By the time the water was shut off, the bathroom floor was saturated and water had already traveled through to the ceiling of the room below.

Overflow events involving a toilet carry an added concern beyond the volume of water. The water source is classified as contaminated, which means standard drying alone is not sufficient. Antimicrobial treatment of all affected materials is required before any enclosure or restoration can take place.

Our team arrived the same day. We used thermal imaging to map exactly how far water had traveled through the subfloor and into the ceiling cavity below. Affected flooring was removed to access and treat the subfloor. Antimicrobial treatment was applied throughout the affected area before structural drying equipment was deployed. The ceiling below was also treated and dried.

The property was returned to dry standard in three days. No mold. A complete remediation and drying report was submitted with the insurance claim and approved without dispute.

Kids will be kids. When it results in water damage, the response matters. Our team at All Dry Services Rhode Island is available 24/7 across the state.

🏠 Opening a vacation home or seasonal property after months away is one of the moments we hear about most in the summer. The door swings open, and something is immediately off. A musty smell that hits you before you get inside. Discoloration on a ceiling that was not there last fall. A cabinet that will not close the way it used to.

Most of the time, the source was something that happened months earlier and had no one there to catch it.

An ice dam that pushed water under the roofline over winter. A small storm in March that drove water through a window seal or soffit that was already compromised. A slow drip at a hose bib connection or under-sink supply line that ran through the spring. In a primary residence, these get noticed quickly. In a vacation property that sat closed, they run until someone arrives.

By the time you open the door in June or July, what started as a small intrusion has had weeks or months of warmth and moisture to develop. In those conditions, mold establishes itself on framing, insulation, and drywall before there is any visible sign from the living area.

If you return to a vacation or seasonal property this summer and something feels or smells off, do not start cleaning before calling us. What you can see is rarely the full extent of it.

Our team at All Dry Services Rhode Island handles mold inspections and full remediation across the state for vacation and seasonal properties.

🦠 Mold needs three things to grow: organic material, moisture, and warmth. Spring provided the first two. June delivers the third.

Across Rhode Island, June is consistently one of the most active months for mold discovery and remediation calls. The moisture that accumulated in crawl spaces, attic sheathing, and wall cavities over winter and spring has now been sitting in warming conditions for weeks. Mold colonies that were establishing slowly in April and May are now accelerating. What was a small area of growth in the spring becomes a larger remediation scope by summer if it goes unaddressed.

The challenge with June mold is that homeowners often do not connect the symptoms to the season. Allergy flare-ups that will not resolve. A musty smell in the house that does not improve when the windows are open. A room that feels damp even when it has not rained. These are not coincidences. They are signs that something biological is active inside the structure.

If you noticed any of these signs this spring and put off investigating, now is the time to act. The longer warm conditions persist, the faster mold spreads to adjacent materials.

Our team at All Dry Services Rhode Island handles mold inspections and full remediation across the state. Reach out before this becomes a larger project.

πŸ’§ Real Job. Real Results.

A homeowner came home to find the laundry room flooded. A washing machine supply line had failed during a wash cycle, and water spread across the laundry room floor and into the adjacent hallway before the machine was shut off.

The visible puddle was the easy part. What concerned our team was the subfloor. Water had wicked under the vinyl flooring and into the wood subfloor beneath, and the hallway baseboard showed early signs of moisture absorption. Without intervention, both areas were at risk of mold growth within 24 to 48 hours.

We extracted standing water, removed the affected flooring to access the subfloor, and deployed structural drying equipment throughout both rooms. Moisture readings were taken and logged at every stage. Antimicrobial treatment was applied to the exposed materials before enclosure.

The property was returned to dry standard in three days. No mold. A complete drying report was submitted with the insurance claim and approved without dispute.

Appliance supply lines are one of the most common sources of water damage we respond to. If yours failed, do not assume the damage is limited to what you can see on the surface.

Our team at All Dry Services Rhode Island is available 24/7 across the state.
