I had the amazing opportunity to give an historic downtown building new life! Thanks to some blood, sweat, tears, and a ton of much-needed TLC, what once was a unused restaurant that sat empty for years is now a warm, welcoming bookstore that will no doubt be a cornerstone for the downtown area for years to come! I had the amazing opportunity to give a historic downtown building new life! Thanks to some blood, sweat, tears, and a ton of much-needed TLC, what once was a unused restaurant that sat empty for years is now a warm, welcoming bookstore that will no doubt be a cornerstone for the downtown area for years to come! Once in a while the opportunity to do something really cool comes along and slaps you in the face. Im not saying Jen actually slapped me, but when she first invited me to the space it was literally an empty warehouse and said “I want to make this a yoga studio, what do you think?” SLAP 👋🏻. I knew it had potential but I’d be lying to say I knew what it would evolve into. It took a little over a month, some blood/sweat/tears, and a few open minded people with their own vision of what possibilities the space had. Peter Koury's Mural could not be more beautiful and on point for the space and it was a real trip for me to get to see him work. Thank you Jennifer for giving me this opportunity and for busting your butt to make it happen! Jenstar 3.0 Is and will continue to be an amazing journey thanks to your leadership and vision.

Monday project update! Customer had lots of unusable space on the sides of and unfinished closet. So we busted out some walls and transformed it into this versatile dual custom bookshelf/ cabinet combo! Very pleased with the results!
