Did you know that the metal work on your home is actually part of the flashing system? We completed a service project for our client, Amy, from Indianola. Amy was facing an issue where the siding on her home was original to the property from the 70's, and was unpleasing to look at. This was a problem for her as not only was the age of the siding made it look dated, but it was falling apart, and really took away from the potential of the property.

Our solution was to remove the original siding, tear off the dated decorative railing and overhang, and install new Steel Blue siding with White accents on the garage and home. We were also able to hide some miscelaneous cables running around the home. We're glad that we were able to help Amy transform the exterior of her home and make it look more modern, and capture the true potential of the property!

Part One of the rebuild for the Huntoons in Norwalk!

Unfortunatly, they had lost their deck and garage in a fire last summer, and the remaining deck railings and stairs were damaged as well. This was a problem for them as they loved using their deck as a place to grill and spend time with family, and what was left was not safe or useable.

Our solution was to rebuild the deck to a bigger size, not only giving them their space back but a bigger and more usable space as well. We also fixed the fire-damaged railings on the remaining deck and built a new connecting section of stairs. We're thrilled to have been able to provide them with a safe and enjoyable space to spend time with their loved ones!

Spring is hopefully here to stay, which means all those projects you’ve been holding off on are now back in your mind. But, while you want to get them done, you can’t get anybody to show up to look at the job, and if they do, you never get a quote.
