🔎 Taking in the View: Sometimes You Have to Look a Little Closer
In this installment of Taking in the View, Kevin Corkrean and Kyle Watson take us through another leak investigation — and this is a great reminder that finding the source isn’t always as simple as looking at the shingles.
After taking a closer look and re-investigating the area, they determined the water was actually getting in around a window, not through the roof.
The goal isn’t just to find the problem — it’s to help the homeowner find a solution. We’ll do what we can to mitigate where the rain is getting in and help protect the home from further damage.

🏠 From leak investigation to a brand-new roof! Another CertainTeed NorthGate ClimateFlex® roof took shape in Ankeny—this time in beautiful Driftwood.

These homeowners originally called us about a leak. Our team found the source, along with some additional damage, and the homeowners decided to get an estimate for a full roof replacement. A beautiful new roof, built to protect their home for years to come.
